Refund policy

At Gold Banner Beauty Products, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to providing quality products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy guidelines below:

RETURNS POLICY:

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item to qualify for a refund.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please specify the reason for your return on the receipt or packing slip.
- Returns are not eligible for reimbursement or refunds if UPS or USPS tracking confirms that the item was delivered.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
- Keep the tracking number until your return is confirmed by our office.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 weeks.
- Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Only items purchased at www.goldbannerbeauty.com are eligible for return.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

- Exchanges for defective, damaged, or unused items can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Include the product you wish to exchange along with your receipt and exchange instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
- If there are any cost differences with the exchange, our customer service team will contact you for further details.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY:
